- Erm...I think it’s so far. I believe this is in Font del Gat Street. .

- Ok, thanks. At Font del Gat street, right?

- Yes, that's correct.

- Thanks. eh... Where is the supermarket?

- The supermarket? Er… it’s not far. Go down this road and on the first, turn left and it's there.

- So….. I go down this road here and turn right, then…

- No!.. er.. turn left.

- Sorry. Thank you very much.

- You’re welcome.

- Hi! Do you remember our stay in London?
+ Yes, of course. We enjoyed a lot.
- Yes. But the weather wasn't very good.
+ But the trip in general was good.
 
- Do you remember in which hostel did we stay?
+Yes, it was... Generator Hostel London.
- Oh, yes. Now I remember it. The hostel in general was good but the breakfast was a bit repetitive.

+ Which thing of London did you like most?
- Mmmm.... The Madame Tussaud's, I suppose. And you?
+ Probably, it was the London Eye.
- Yes, this was fascinating.

+ Did you buy something in London?
- Yes. I bought some souvenirs for my family, and some clothes too. And you?
+ Yes, of course. I bought some clothes and a present for my cousin.
- And did she like it?


+ Yes, a lot!

THE LONDON EYE

The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel situated on the banks of the River  Thames  in London England. The entire structure is 135 metres tall and the wheel has a diameter of 120 metres. Is the most popular attraction in London, visited by over 3 million people annually. When erected in 1999 it was the tallest Ferris wheel in the world

HARRODS

Harrods is an supermarket, a department store located in Brompton road in knightsbridge, in the royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London.  Harrods in 1922 and closed as of 2011, and now was reopened in 2013.  The UK's second-biggest shop with quality and luxury goods. The Harrods motto is Omnia Omnibus Ubique. All Things for All People, Everywhere.

THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT

The Palace of Westminster is the meeting place of the House of commons and the House of Lords, the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Commonly known as the Houses of Parliament after its tenants, the Palace lies on the Middlesex bank of the River Thames in the City of Westminster, in central London. In 1834 was destroyed by fire and the new palace it’s rebuilt in 1840-1870.

TOWER BRIDGE

Tower Bridge (built 1886–1894) is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, over the River Thames. It is close to the Tower of London, from which it takes its name. It has become an iconic symbol of London. The bridge consists of two towers tied together at the upper level by means of two horizontal walkways, designed to withstand the horizontal forces exerted by the suspended sections of the bridge on the landward sides of the towers.

Our stay in London by Anna Gotsens & Clara Barrufet




LONDON

- The London underground, we spend a lot of time there!
- You're right; do you know the London underground was the first subway of the world?

- We had a very good time in the London Eye.
- The London Eye is one of the biggest viewpoint-wheel in the world.

- We saw the Houses of Parliament in the Thames Crosser.
- Yes, here is where meet the parliamentarians of the UK.

- Tower Bridge has two walkways that can be raised to an angle of 86
degrees to allow river traffic to pass.
- That's amazing

- In the Tower of London is where the crown jewels are saved.
- Right! I'd like to enter in it.

- British Museum, I really enjoy visiting it!
- Me, too. There was really amazing things from all cultures of the world.
