Helena: Yes my suitcase is very big, blue and it has a label with all my personal details

Judit: Ok! I check if I see it, wait for a moment!

Judit: Sorry lady, but I haven't found your luggage in this flipht.

Helena: Really! And what am I going to do?

Judit: Give me the address of your hotel and when the luggage arrives I'll send it to you.

AINA: I don't have batery in my phone. Can you print my boarding card please?

MARIONA: Of course! Give me your phone please!

AINA: Yes please, I can't find the gate number 10. Can you indicate me please!

MARIONA: Yes, of course! You have to turn right, then go straght until the end of the hall and finally turn left and you can see your gate.

AINA: Thank you! And what do I need to get on the plane?

MARIONA: You only need the ticket and the passport.

AINA: Okey, and the last question, when I enter to the plane do I have to give the boarding card and the passport again?

MARIONA: Yes, but you only have to give te boarding card to the flight attendant.

Aeroport warning: This is the last call for flight AP2203 to Las Vegas.

A → Oh no.. This is my flight, I must to hurry up.

After 5 minutes…

Aeroport warning: The gates of the flight Ap2203 to Las Vegas are closing. The flight is going on.

A → Oh! I lost my flight I need another one. I think that I can go to my company desk and they can help me.

After 10 minutes…

F → What’s your problem?

A → I lost my flight to Las Vegas I need another one.

F → It isn’t our problem, if you want to travel you must pay another one. The next flight to las Vegas is in only 30 minutes.

A → I want to buy it. How much is it?

F → It is 800 dollars.

A → Oh no!!

F → Do you want to travel?

A → Yes of course… Here is the money.

F → Thanks, when you arrive in Las Vegas you will find your baggage in American Airways office. And this is your boarding card. Hurry up if you don’t want to lose it again. Have a good flight.
