PAULA: Hello!
CARLOTA: Are you Miss.Mariona?
MARIONA: Yes, I'm Miss.Mariona.
AINA PERERA: We have a reservation for 3 people.
PAULA: Yes, It's true. Ok. Let we check out.
AINA CÉSTER: In our reservation I think that it's incluided a suite.
CARLOTA: One moment I check it... Your room is 1203.
MARIONA: In what floor is it?
PAULA: Is in the fifth floor.
AINA PERERA: Thank you!
AINA CÉSTER: Another thing, since what time is the breakfast?
CARLOTA: The breakfast opens at 7:00 o'clock and it closes at 11:00.
MARIONA: And the lunch?
PAULA: It isn't included in your price. But dinner it is! Its's open at half past seven and it closes at eleven.
CARLOTA: If you want to have lunch here, you must pay more.
AINA PERERA: Okey, and what does it cost?
PAULA: If you have dinner here, you must pay in that moment.
AINA CÉSTER: Ok. Are there any suimming pools?
CARLOTA: Yes! There are two.
MARIONA: And where are they?
PAULA: They are in the fourth floor and it's apen all day. But at 10 o'clock the lifeguard leaves, so it closes.
AINA PERERA: In what floor is the restaurant?
CARLOTA: There are two restaurants. You can choose. One is on the second floor and the other one in the third floor.
AINA CÉSTER: What is the diference?
PAULA: The restaurant of the third floor is free buffet and the other is a menu.
MARIONA: We can try both.
CARLOTA: Okay, perfect.
AINA PERERA: The spa, is it opened every day?
PAULA: Yes, is it, Is opened every day, weekends included.
AINA CÉSTER: Is the car park included in the price? And where is it?
CARLOTA: Yes it is included and is it in the minus one floor.
PAULA: This is your key. If you need something you only have to call in this number: 0093.
MARIONA: And what does it cost everything?
CARLOTA: The price for one night is 220.000 pounds for person.
AINA PERERA:We prefer to pay the last day.
PAULA: Okeyperfect. But you have to do a signature now in that paper.
AINA CÉSTER: Ok! Mariona you must do the signature because the reservation is in your name.
MARIONA: ... Here you are!
CARLOTA: Thank you and have a good stay!
AINA PERERA: Thanks for all.
AINA CÉSTER: If we need something, we will call.
MARIONA: Bye.
PAULA: See you soon!

J: Hi, I'`d like a double room.
E: Would you like to pay with credit card?
J: Yes, I'll pay with credit card.
E: May, I need your name please?

E: How many night you would like to stay?
J: Just for two nights.

E:Ok, that's fine! What room do you prefer? The 802, 1107 or 1108?
J: I don't mine, but I prefer a room with a nice views.
E: The 802 it has views to the city and the others to the swimming pool.
J: So I prefer the 802.
E: Ok, fine!
J: Can you give me the room key,`please?
E: Here you are! If you have any questions or you need something, please come and ask me.
J: Ok, thenks!
2 HOURS LATER
J: Hi, one thing
E: Hello, tell me please!
J: Where are the restaurant?
E: On the 2nd and 3th floor.
J. And the swimming pool?
E: On the 4th floor.
NEXT DAY
J: Hi, i'd like to do the ckeck out.
E: Ok! I need your credit card.
J: There is it!
E: Thanks, it's 145$
J: Ok, thanks, bye!

J: Oh ecuse me... one question
E: Tell me, please
J: Have you got loundry service?
E: Yes we have!
J: Where is it?
