-Yes madam, how can I help you?
+I’m phoning to confirm my flight to Berlin this afternoon, at half past six.
-Can I have you name please?
+Yes, it’s Güell, G-U-E-L-L, Núria Güell.
-Wait a moment please... Yes, flight number IB 9865 to Berlín. Departing at half past six.
+Is there a delay?
-No, the flight is on time at the moment.
+Okay, thank you.
-You’re welcome.

At the airport: *voice in off*

-Can you write your name and address at the label, please?
+Okay, here you are.
-Oh, that’s fine; here are your boarding passes. Your flight boards at gate number 12 at half past five. Just follow the signs over there on your right.
