Eva: Hello!

Eva: My bags hasn’t arrived.
Elia: Which flight have you travelled?
Eva: In an Edinburgh boing number 1784
Elia: Ok. Can you give me your passport, and the ticket , please?
Eva: Yes, here you are.
Elia: . ... You were travelling from Paris. Is it right?
Eva: Yes, it is.
Elia:Let me check what has happened. Can you wait for some minutes?
Eva: Yes of course
A few minutes later
Elia: ehmmmm...It appears that your luggage are in a diferent flight. Your bags are going to Barcelona.
Eva: Yes of course
A few minutes later
Elia: ehmmmm...It appears that your luggage are in a diferent flight. Your bags are going to Barcelona.
Eva: To Barcelona?
Elia: Yes, there were more than one different flight boarding at the same time, and there has been a mistake.
Eva: But, what are I’m going to do now?
Elia: Once they arrive in Barcelona, they will be sent back here, to Edinburgh airport.
Eva: When do I have to pick them up?
Elia: Don’t worry. Once the bags are here, we will send them to your hotel. Where are you staying in Edinburgh?
Eva: Ok.
Elia: Where are you staying in Edinburgh?
Eva: At the Hotel Sheraton. The adress is 126 Rutland Street
Elia: Can I have your name?
Eva: Yes it’s Black. Kate Black
Elia: Ok. Your bags will probably arrive here today soon in the afternoon so you’ll have them at your hotel in the afternoon.
