DINGLE-DUBLIN
SATURDAY, 16th April 2016
We woke up at eight, we had breakfast and got ready. The previous night we went to sleep very late because it was the last night that we stayed in a hostel. The next night we had to spend it at the airport.
There was a typical Irish pub in our hostel and it had a karaoke corner where we sang some songs together.
Then when we had all our suitcases prepared we went to the bus. That day we travelled from Dingle to Dublin.
By the way we stopped a lot of times. We crossed the Cork and Derry mountains and we spent a part of the morning in Adere. It's one of the most beautifull towns with their old houses, whose roofs are made of straw.
We had some free time to have lunch in a big shopping centre called Barack Obama Plaza.
After lunch we visited the Golden Val, which was fantastic green farmland with many animals there. A marvellous place to watch from the bus for a long time .
When we arrived in Dublin we went to visit the Guiness storehouse, the teachers were invited to a Guiness beer, as they are adults, but we couldn't do so and instead we drank any drink such as a coke or water. Then we visited the city by bus, a kind of sightseeing tour and we finished our trip where it started in the first hostel. We left our luggage in a room, and then we went to the city centre all together on foot and we had some free time to buy souvenirs, food (our dinner) and clothes.
Then we went to the hostel to pick up our suitcase and a bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport. There we spent our last night. We had dinner there and we waited for the time to do our check-in and cross the passport control. Once inside, although it was 4'00 o'clock a.m., it seemed it was a common day, as all the shops, cafes, were opened, and lots of people were going from one place to the other as it was 11'00 a.m.
