-          Ok, A room for how many people?
-          For four people.
-          How old are they?
-          A child of 3 years old, a teenager of 15 years old and my husband and me who are 45 years old, both.
-          Perfect, for when would it be?
-          It would be for the first week of Christmas.
-          Ok, perfect.
       Which day would you arrive?
-          We would come on Friday the 21st of December.
-          Right. So your arrival would be on Friday and you’ll be for one week, seven nights. Am I right?
-          Yes, exactely. We would leave next week on Saturday morning the 29th of December.
-          OK. So we are waiting for you next week. See you soon.

-          Goodbye Mrs. Linguer.

Hotel
-          Good morning!
-          Hello. I have a reservation in the name of Bertha Linguer.
-          Oh yes, here it is. Your room is the 256. And here’s your key room.
-          Perfect. Thanks. In which floor is this room located?
-          It is on the second floor. Just in front of the lift. It is a very big and nice room with the view of the main street.
-          So perhaps there would be noise?
-          No, don’t worry. The room and the windows are very well insulated. You won’t hear noises unless you open the windows.
-          OK then. Thank you very much. Oh,  and what about hi-fi, have we got hi-fi in our room.
-          Of course you have. Take note of the password today because it is free for our customers, but we change it every day. We write the new password on this board every day.
-          Oh. I see. We’ll copy it every morning before leaving the hotel.
-          That’s it. Have a nice stay.
-          Thank you very much.
-          You are welcome.
