Our Trip to Scotland - from 2nd to the 9th April, 2014
FIRST DAY: We met at Josep Vallverdú High School at 5 o'clock in the morning. We left towards Barcelona airport, from where we flew to Glasgow airport. At 11'20 we arrived at the Scottish lands where we caught a train towards Central Station in Glasgow.
We arrived at our youth hostel to leave our luggage in our rooms. We had lunch and rested for a while.
Afterwards, we started our tour through the centre of the city. We visited the famous George Square and the City Chambers, Glasgow Cathedral, Glasgow Necropolis and St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art.To end to the popular Merchand City Tower and the famous galleries called "Princes Square" in the busy Buchanan Street and do some more shopping in the well-known Argile Street area.
After having dinner, we went for a walk by the river Clyde after a long non-stop exhausting day.
