A: Just a second Mss. Diaz... Yes, flight number NE983 to Rome departing at 11:40.
P: Oh well... Is there a delay?
A: Yes, because this plane have a revision this weekend, but don't worry, the delay is about 10 minutes. And check in time is on 10:30.
