Jordi: Can you fill out this form please?
Adam: Of course!
Jordi: If you'd like to leave us your credit card details, we'll charge in your account when you check out.
Adam: Ok! Here you are.
Jordi: Thank you sir! Your room is on the first floor nº23. Here's you room key.
Adam: Thank you.
Jordi: You are very welcome sir.

Roger: Yes I'm Mr. Guilà from the room 75.
Jordi: Yes! Tell me! What's your problem?
Roger: Could you ask room service to send up some crisps and a fanta?
Jordi: Yes sir, Wait a second and we'll bring you the crisps and the fanta.

Jordi: Room service! Here is your order.
